'Millionaire' Cons World Mon dieu. The secret in the new French reality series "Greg Le Millionaire" is that no matter what the show's titular Greg tells a bevy of gullible women, he is not, in fact, un millionaire. If that premise sounds familiar, it's because FOX's "Joe Millionaire" is spreading the world. The format, which was already spoiled by its second go-round Stateside, has been sold to 22 foreign territories. International versions of "Joe Millionaire" are already airing in nine countries and production is already underway on a second installmentThe 'Millionaire' spread is only the first leg in FOX's attempts to perpetuate a number of its low-brow franchises on the rest of the world. "My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance" is reportedly set to roll out in 12 countries, while 14 different nations may soon have their own versions of "Temptation Island.""The point has been made that in the format world, all the big formats seem to be coming into the U.S. from the U.K. and Europe," Daniela Welteke, VP of Fox World, a unit of Fox TV Studios, tells The Hollywood Reporter. "We want to make the point that our American-produced reality shows are now big business in the foreign markets."
